The
Potbellied Pig Is The Pig Person's Perfect Pet!
Enjoy these photos of my pigs happily placed in loving homes.
These cute pigs are Hammy and Wilber who live in Arizona.
Otis is one of the piglets from Mulon/Roulon's first litter born in July 2008.
Each year I have piglets in the Spring and in the Fall, available to adopt in
May/June and again in October.
The requirements to own a pet pig are:
That you own your home or are buying one. In other words, that you do not live in an apartment.
That you are zoned to have a pet pig. Pigs are illegal in many places. To find out if you are zoned, contact your local zoning commission, animal control, or perhaps ask your Chamber of Commerce to help.
That you have a secure, fenced in yard.
That you have a vet who is familiar with treating pet pigs.
That you have the time and motivation to care for a pet pig for it’s entire life, which is typically 13 years and even up to 18 years.
Much homework and preparation are necessary before getting a pet pig. It’s never too early to begin! Email me and I will send you information on the adoption process.
Featured here is the March 2010 litter that Winfield and Vibeke presented us.
